FTC rejects requests from NADA, others for more time to comment on car dealer rules

The Federal Trade Commission rejected request by the National Automobile Dealers Association, National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers and American International Automobile Dealers Association for more time to comment on the agency’s proposed rules on their industry’s advertising and F&I practices.

Warranty claim prices rise 33% over the past year According to MotorTrader.com (England)

Data analysis from Intelligent Motoring, the parent company of MotorEasy, Motokiki and Warranty Assist, reveals the cost of vehicle repairs has risen on average by 33% January-June 2022, compared to the same period in 2021.
