The ZERO Plan Announcing New 36 Month Terms
Oak Park- July/3/2018- Universal Lenders LLC, creators of the ZERO Plan and 2018 Dealers’ Choice award winner, is pleased to announce enhanced funding guidelines to allow customers to choose up to 36 monthly installments allowing for more affordable payments.
Oklahoma SB 1142 amends various sections of the law related to definitions, audited financial statements, suspensions, annual filings and examinations of service warranty associations.
“Motor vehicle ancillary service” includes “the repair of chips or cracks in or the replacement of motor vehicle windshields as a result of damage caused by road hazards,” according to the bill.
The bill has been signed by the governor and enacted into law, effective November 1.
Louisiana HB 522, expands the term “service contract” to “include a contract or agreement for the repair of chips or cracks in or the replacement of motor vehicle windshields as a result of damage caused by road hazards.”
The bill was sent to the governor for executive approval on May 18.
Bermuda-based insurers and reinsurers are making moves to hold their own after the U.S. effectively smacked down a big tax advantage they used to have.
