The 13th Annual Warranty Chain Management (WCM) Conference is scheduled for March 7th – 9th, 2017 at the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort, Tucson, Arizona, USA. Following on from the highly successful WCM 2016 the theme of next year’s conference is “Warranty and Service Contract Management To Drive Competitive Advantage In A Challenging Global Economic Environment”.
The key objective of WCM 2017 is to offer an open and neutral forum which brings together Warranty and Service Contract professionals from across multiple industries to share successes, challenges and best practices across the diverse warranty chain. We are currently seeking those people who may wish to partake in the event as: Speakers (with/without a paper), Track Chairs, or members of a discussion panel. Presentations are sought that provide current best practices and/or a non-commercial case-study perspective of how effective warranty and service contract management has enabled companies to develop their competitive edge, manage risk and increase cost savings, innovate and grow; for example, the implications of customer and supplier relationships, economies and efficiencies of scale, risk analysis methodologies, quality, reliability and many other strategic business considerations.
