MAPconnected, the Service & Warranty Lifecycle Network, has launched its new Leadership Xchange Groups, providing senior OEM leaders with closed-door, member-driven peer benchmarking focused on strategy, governance, and enterprise-wide impact.

Entering its sixth year, MAPconnected created these groups in response to member demand for deeper, more targeted insights and collaboration beyond day-to-day operations. Participants shape agendas, compare performance approaches, and share peer-tested strategies in facilitated sessions.

Groups meet three times virtually (February, May & August) and in-person at the MAPconnected Service & Warranty Lifecycle Summit, with ongoing engagement through MyWarrantyNetwork Members Hub for private and group messages and threads.
