The FCC has delayed the effective date of the ‘Revoke All’ rule under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act to January 31, 2027.
The Revoke All rule requires that, if a called party uses any reasonable method to revoke consent under the TCPA, such consent is deemed fully revoked. This means the caller may not send additional robocalls or robotexts unless an exemption applies.
