The FTC releases its final rules implementing the E‑Warranty Act of 2015 allowing manufacturers of consumer products digital methods of meeting warranty requirements including posting terms on the manufacturer’s website. This act helps to update and bring Magnuson‑Moss Warranty Act into the current environment.
