Oklahoma SB 1142 amends various sections of the law related to definitions, audited financial statements, suspensions, annual filings and examinations of service warranty associations.
“Motor vehicle ancillary service” includes “the repair of chips or cracks in or the replacement of motor vehicle windshields as a result of damage caused by road hazards,” according to the bill.
The bill has been signed by the governor and enacted into law, effective November 1.
