Oncourse Home Solutions announced that its affiliate American Water Resources, LLC has entered into a definitive agreement with Consumers Energy, a subsidiary of CMS Energy (NYSE: CMS), whereby OHS will acquire the Consumers Energy Appliance Service Plan (ASP) business.
