Experienced industry professional to lead sales staff and training
St. Louis, MO (May 14, 2025) – Leading North American distributor Marcone Appliance Parts announced today that Damon Holditch has joined its team as Director of Regional Sales.
A U.S. Army veteran with more than 20 years of industry experience, Holditch is responsible for leading the Southwest region sales team and spearheading sales training programs across the company’s appliance vertical.

Holditch joins Marcone from Carrier Enterprise, where he spent seven years as Vice President of Operations and Wholesale Stores before becoming Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade in management with Grainger. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution from Texas A&M, along with an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
