The Global Warranty and Service Contract Association (“GWSCA”) used the occasion of its Third Annual Conference on Warranty and Service Contracts to announce its 2016 industry award winners. A call for nominations was issued earlier this year and they were received in August. The nominations were reviewed by GWSCA Board.

The Global Warranty and Service Contract Association (“GWSCA”) is now developing the agenda for our third annual conference, to be held at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago September 21-23, 2016. The theme of this year’s conference is Customer Engagement: The Critical Role of Warranty and Service Contracts.
We are now accepting presentation proposals for our 2016 conference.
The Global Warranty and Service Contract Association (GWSCA) is a non-profit, volunteer organization made up of industry practitioners from all parts of the warranty and service contract value chain. Though many of the members are based in the USA, it has a global membership and its members often have global responsibilities.
