GWSCA taps warranty industry veteran Kevin Rigg for key leadership role

The Global Warranty and Service Contract Association (“GWSCA”) recently held a Board of Directors meeting and unanimously agreed to appoint Kevin Rigg as Executive Director of the GWSCA.

Kevin brings to this new position more than16 years of experience in the warranty management and marketing communications across various roles at Ford Motor Company.  Currently, Kevin runs KAR Warranty Consulting where he helps companies devise and implement strategies to control their claims expenses.

Kevin will be leading several key initiatives related to advancing the objectives of the GWSCA in connecting companies and individuals with the resources, tools and training to help them maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their warranty and service contract programs.

GWSCA President – Paul Wojcicki said: “The GWSCA is thrilled to engage Kevin, a former board member and industry veteran, in the role of Executive Director.  In this newly created position, his efforts will create tangible value for our members/followers and support innovation across many key aspects of warranty and service contract management industry.”
